China: In China, the price of ammonium sulfate in April continued to stabilize at between US$115-120/ton. There are rumors that several major production units will be scheduled for repairs in April, which may push up prices in the coming weeks. The price of granular ammonium sulfate is stable at $150/tonne FOB. Granular manufacturers continue to be under pressure, and the price of steel grade ammonium sulfate is still strong.

Malaysia: Ube is looking for a 8,000-ton ammonium sulphate vessel from Thailand to Bintulu, Malaysia, from April 1-10.

Vietnam: From March 20th to 25th, there was a single 6,000 tons of ammonium sulphate from Zhangjiagang.

Mexico: CHS sold 10,000 tons of granular ammonium sulphate and 9,000 tons of standard ammonium sulphate to Incofe to four ports on the east coast of the United States, as well as magnesium sulphate and other fertilizers, with a total of 28,000 tons of cargo on board. The shipment will be shipped from China in April.

Brazil: Traders have begun to supply granular urea from China in April. The initial price is at $175/ton CFR. The price of standard ammonium sulfate from China and Europe is stable at $140-147/tonne CFR. Demand is expected to reappear in May, but there is currently no interest.

Turkey: Toros did not purchase any ammonium sulphate in the recent bid and refused to bid too high. To meet the demand in the second quarter, the company has not confirmed whether it will re-tender or enter the spot market.

Northwestern Europe: There is basically no saleable source in March and April, and prices in northwestern Europe are stable. The price of granular ammonium sulfate sent to Brazil is above $190/ton cfr.
